Leadership
The project’s CEO and Editor-in-Chief, Alptekin Aydoğan, has 35 years of experience in both print and broadcast journalism. With this wealth of knowledge, he leads the initiative while ensuring that young journalists are given opportunities to grow and contribute.

Today, Independent.tr operates in 85 countries, offering a multicultural platform where aspiring reporters can develop their skills, make their voices heard, and carry forward the values of independent journalism.
